Education is a continuous process. Knowledge is unending adventure at the edge of uncertainty (Jacob Bronowski, 1979,) that is why we educators keep searching for answers how we can achieve the goals in education. The purpose of education has evolved over time. The gradual change depends on how we teachers, parents and the society take it. For some reason change, adaptation and execution is the key in achieving these goals.

Emphasizing or based upon the teaching of such basic subject as reading, arithmetic, grammar, or in history is the content of which is essential academic skills that all student should possess that is basic in education. The stronger fundamental in education of a student, the highest probability to perform well in the future. There is no short -cut in educating a child it’s a long way process.

Technology is progressing exponentially fast. That is why there is a need for gaining up-to-date- information and knowledge. We are now in the new paradigm where we must prepare student for to be globally competitive, wherein basic is not just enough. Embarking into the future is crucial issues in education different point of view arises...some are positive and some are negative but which is which?

The idea of seven Cs’ is similar, Howard Gardner's 1980s theory of multiple intelligences took the educational world by storm. As you look at each intelligence, think about how you could apply it to your classroom instruction, the methods and strategies that can fit the interest of a child. Keeping in mind that the intelligences are manifested in different ways. In such ways critical thinking, creativity, communication, collaboration, cross-cultural understanding, computing technology, career learning are evident in diversity of learners. In other word seven Cs’ is the necessary skills that are supposed to be applicable across content areas.

Resiliency, reflectiveness, and risk-takers are the main target traits for the 21st century learners. Yes intelligence matters in education as well as virtues.” No one cares how much you know until they know how much you care- Theodore Roosevelt EQ is, in many ways, the essence of being human. By improving and strengthening learners EQ and doing active steps to make change learner find more productive and can build more productive relationships. It’s intrinsic to who they are, and provide great impacts in their lives, and most notably their workplace in the future. One of my learner is a risk taker, I’ve notice during play time he is playing puzzle despite of the risk of not solving the puzzle correctly as expected he fail to form the puzzle. Everyday then same scenario playing puzzle, until one day he made it. It is very rewarding on his part and keeping on bragging how he achieved the task.

Learning should be motivating, meaningful, and made for everyone. One of the most difficult task of a teacher is how to motivate the learners. Eventually most young learners have short span of attention particularly in kindergarten. There is no such thing as perfect strategies in motivating, it varies on how the interaction of the stimuli reflected through action.
Game -based learning is one strategy that is applicable to those active learner it will keep them up and always on the track. Focus on child’s interest that is engaging and encourage exploration allowing them to make their moves on how to deal with situation or also we call is self-discovery learning.
Self-help is essential domain in kindergarten in which training the child to do task by them solve such as, toilet trainings, lace tying, buttoning. This can develop the child’s confidence and boost independence which is very relevant to seven Cs’.
Bring the real world in the classroom or make it a school home. A home that promote positive meaningful experiences that can’t be deleted. Learning should be experiential and memorable so it will be easily remembered and retain in the filling cabinet of the learners brain. Learning style affect the capability of a child to learn with motivation. If the child is well motivated they will come to school everyday and perform well in class.
Learning is for all, equality, fairness, no discrepancy that is how education should stand for. Teachers’ awareness of this aspects in learner centered learning. Differentiated learning activities is the new trend in providing class activities which I use in giving my class task considering the diversity of learner.

So in realizing these ideals I thinks it’s possible. The hardest part is where to begin? And the sustainability? Maybe some knowledge gets obsolete but experience is the best teacher.  Keep on searching what is applicable and effective to your learning as for me I am still learning.

Insight
When I was reading this article I was puzzled out what will education look like in 20 years? I am already at my thirty’s and I will be in my mid-50 twenty years from now and while reading the article I imagine a lot of scenes in my classroom. Twenty years from now do I have the capability to do this task?
Teaching kindergarten is a challenge which means every day I’m in the battle field. The foundation of child’s education depends on how we teachers ignite the young minds. Over viewing the framework of Seven C’s and how the system of education work in the 21st century learning, I think even a kindergarten teacher has a role to fulfill, awareness on  the child learning develop and what we can the contribute to the future generation. In this article we teacher also have the responsibility to upgrade and update ourselves.
It was stated that critical thinking; creativity and innovation; collaboration; cross-cultural understanding; communication; computing technology; and career learning are the focused in the 21st century learner however we should now disregard the core curriculum.
The importance of cross-cultural understanding and diversity (Jose Ortiz, 2010) . The study of foreign languages leads to better understanding of other cultures. It addresses the communication aspect of the seven cs'. Teaching a class with multiple dialects is a challenge, giving instruction in doing their routines, procedures and activities. But the most challenging task is how to communicate with 5 year old using mother tongue in Kagan dialect. In order to be more effective and relevant teacher I have no choice but learn how to communicate in Kagan so that I can cater the learners need and the community as well which lead me to cross-cultural understanding. Communicating different dialect makes my work lighter it become more advantageous on my part since I can understand my pupils and parents as well. I am positive about knowing the language it is beneficial and can create good rapport to the work place and community.
About the aim to marrying traditional curriculum with the project-based, life and career skills training needed for the high-technology future. In the advance age, education is evolving or what we called the evolution of education. There is an evident existence both 3 Rs’ and & 7c’s in my kindergarten class. In my class it is necessary to teach the 3 Rs’ and recently I discovered that some of the teaching strategies and activities were interrelated to the 7 c’s. Such as providing differentiated activities to the pupils which direct the individual learning diversity. Learning while playing is fun is one of the activity that I can relate to creativity and innovation.
The utilization of our interactive projector is also an example of computing technology.  Integration of values and courtesy is also a way of teaching cross-cultural understanding. I am up to discovering more about the seven cs' and yet some of it is applied already in my class.
As far as this changes brought positive outcome for the development of young Filipinos I am supporting it. The Department of Education do agree on this stipulated in the visions, mission and core values advocating education the main purpose why teaching should aim high and moving forward. The question is are we ready for this change? What will be our next move?
